Terms of Service

Effective July 16, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and ForecloseAI Pvt Ltd ("ForecloseAI", "we", "us") and govern your use of the Typeo iOS keyboard app and the usetypeo.com website (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Typeo. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these terms.

2. The service

Typeo is an AI keyboard that acts on text you actively send it: fact-checking claims, rewriting tone, finding places and showtimes, reading your calendar, and pulling details from your connected Google account. Typeo is currently in private beta. Features may change, break, or be removed, and access may be limited, paused, or revoked while we build.

3. Your Google account connection

• Connecting Google is optional. If you connect, you authorize Typeo to access the specific services shown on the Google consent screen, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• You are responsible for having the right to access any account or data you connect to Typeo.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing on others' rights.
• Probe, overload, disrupt, or circumvent the security of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or build a competing dataset from the Service.
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Share your access in violation of the beta's invite terms.

5. AI outputs

Typeo's results are generated by AI and third-party data sources. They can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Fact-check verdicts, showtimes, availability, places, and rewrites are assistance, not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. You are responsible for what you send: review Typeo's output before you rely on it or share it.

6. Third-party services

The Service depends on third-party providers (such as Google, OpenAI, and sports and movie data sources). Their availability and accuracy are outside our control, and their terms may apply to your use of their features. Links Typeo produces (for example Google Maps or Google Meet links) are operated by their respective providers.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to ForecloseAI and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal use. You keep all rights to the text you type; you give us the limited license needed to process it and return results, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Feedback

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or compensation.

9. Termination

You can stop using Typeo at any time; deleting the app and disconnecting Google ends the data flow. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we discontinue the beta. Sections 5 through 13 survive termination.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForecloseAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of USD 50 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold ForecloseAI harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We will post changes here and update the effective date; material changes get additional notice. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
